MEANS is founded mainly to provide loving care, round the clock medical attention to the aged neglected and discarded suffering from chronic diseases including terminal cases providing free nutrition, close and constant nursing services. The perspective long term plan of MEANS includes Social, Educational, Cultural and Economical support covering all neglected people in all Urban / Rural areas and in this process extend its operations to various locations in the State equipped with improved infrastructure and services including Ambulance and Diagnostic services with support from all likeminded individuals / Institutions.
